PLEASE keep in mind that coming in near the end of walk-in hours does not necessarily
guarantee you being able to get tattooed that day. These hours are the absolute latest you can walk in and get a piece, as
long as the line is not too long. Your best bet is to come in as early as you possibly can, or make an appointment!

DEPOSITS/DEPOSIT POLICY
For an appointment at a specific time, or for artwork custom drawn for
you, you must leave a NON-REFUNDABLE $20.00 deposit. The price of the deposit
comes off the price of your tattoo. YOU MUST surrender your deposit card at
the time of your appointment. An unused deposit can be transferred to a gift
certificate, but NOT refunded. If you don't show up for an appointment and do
not tell your artist, your artist has no way of making up for time and money
lost. Please be considerate--you don't want to piss off your artist!!
GENERAL SHOP POLICIES
NO food or beverages are allowed in the shop. Please enjoy them before
coming in to Powerhouse! Also, there is no smoking allowed, and pets as
well as anyone under 18 are not allowed in the building. Please respect
our rules, so we can get our jobs done in a smooth manner. It will help
us serve you better!
