LOCALLY:

We are located at 545 Bloomfield Avenue in Montclair, NJ. Montclair has 2 main streets lined with storefronts, and Bloomfield Avenue is one of them. Powerhouse is 3 stores west of the intersection of Park Street and Bloomfield Avenue. We are directly across from an indie theater called The Screening Zone; a building that's 2 stories of glass. Other stores on our side of the block: Sarah Nails, Chinese Take-Out & Revelations Hair Salon. We have a neon blue "TATTOO" sign in the window, as well as a neon red OPEN sign.

BY CAR:

FROM VALLEY ROAD OR ROUTE 46: (from Paterson or Wayne)
Take Valley Road (south) towards - and almost all the way through Montclair. You want to make a LEFT at the intersection of Bloomfield Ave. and Valley Rd. (Police Station, Mobil Station, Jaguar Dealer) . We are on the LEFT side of Bloomfield Ave 2 blocks down, just before the next light (Park St). #545.

FROM THE GARDEN STATE PARKWAY NORTH:
Exit 148, stay in left lane. Follow signs for Bloomfield Avenue, Montclair. The left lane turns into a U-Turn; once through the U-Turn, you need to make a RIGHT onto Bloomfield Avenue.
@Go a few miles through the towns of Bloomfield and Glen Ridge, then into Montclair. Your landmark is the Pathmark shopping center on the right (Pizza Hut, Burger King)- Powerhouse is 5 blocks after the Pathmark on the right hand side of the street also; just after the Park Street/Bloomfield Avenue intersection; we're #545. You can park in the municipal lot (turn right in the middle of the block after the antiques store) and park in the back.

FROM THE GARDEN STATE PARKWAY SOUTH:
Exit 148- Bloomfield Avenue. At the second light make a right onto Bloomfield Avenue. Follow directions from @ above.

FROM NJ TURNPIKE: (from Staten Island)
Exit 15W to Route 280 West. Take exit 8B. That exit puts you on the road in the direction you want to go. Go 7 lights (including shopping center lights) and make a RIGHT (Bloomfield Ave.). Follow Bloomfield Ave., down the hill into Montclair. Powerhouse is #545, on the left hand side, between the 5th and 6th light.

FROM NYC:
Take Lincoln Tunnel and get on Route 3 West. Take the Grove Street exit (about 20-25 minutes in normal traffic flow). At end of ramp turn left onto Grove Street (toward Montclair). It is almost exactly 5 miles to the intersection of Bloomfield Ave. At this corner turn right (Exxon, Pathmark); we are 5 blocks up on the right side, after Park Street intersection; #545.

FROM WESTERN NJ:
Ultimately you want to get to Route 280 East . Routes 80 & 287 both connect with 280. Once on 280 East, use Exit 8B (Prospect Ave). That exit puts you on the road in the direction you want to go. Go 7 lights (including shopping center lights) and make a RIGHT (Bloomfield Ave.). Follow Bloomfield Ave., down the hill into Montclair. Powerhouse is #545, on the left hand side, between the 5th and 6th light.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:

FROM NYC:
DeCamp Bus Lines #33 and #66 both will drop you off within a block of Powerhouse Tattoo. Ask to be dropped off at the intersection of Park St. and Bloomfield Ave. in Montclair.

FROM PENN STATION NEWARK:
NJ Transit bus #s 11, 28 and 29 all go up Bloomfield Avenue. Get off at the intersection of Park St. and Bloomfield Ave. in Montclair.
